Accepting proposals to present: September 11-October 30, 2023, 4 p.m.
Conference scholarship applications available: October 2, 2023; opens 3 p.m.
Deadline to apply for conference scholarship: November 16, 2023
Conference registration opens: October 4, 2023
Cancellation fees start: December 15, 2023
Registration late fees begin: January 24, 2024
No registration refunds on or after January 24, 2024. Substitutions at the same registration level are allowed
Conference Planning Committee meeting: November 30, 2023 in Sugar Land, Texas
Pre-conference sessions: Monday, February 26, 2024, 1-4 p.m.
Star Awards Celebration: Wednesday, February 28, 2024, 7 p.m.

All participants must register & pay in order to attend, including presenters.

Registration fees:

Preconference sessions – $100
Member registration – $550 (No one day or partial registrations.)
Nonmember registration – $980 (includes registration and a TSPRA membership through Oct. 31, 2024. Membership starts when conference invoice is paid.)
Banquet, February 28, 2024 – $80
Cancellation fee – $100 before and including January 23, 2024. No cancellations on or after January 24, 2024; substitutions are allowed.
