Payments & Cancellations

The following are TSPRA’s payment and cancellation policies:

Invoicing
TSPRA uses an online process to join or renew, order products and register for events. Members and nonmembers must create a profile with a username and password to use this system.


Payments
TSPRA accepts purchase orders and checks. At this time, we do not accept any credit or debit cards.


Late Fees
Payment for all conference/event registration invoices is due within 30 days after the start date for the event.

Payment for all other invoices (dues, products, etc.) is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

A 1.5% late fee will be added each month on all past due invoices.


Standard Cancellation Policy for Events
• ALL cancellations must be made in writing by email to TSPRA – info@tspra.org

• No refunds shall be made for cancellations due to inclement weather.

• All cancellations must be received before the cancellation date stated in the registration materials. If no date is stated, it will be the policy of TSPRA to accept or reject cancellations on a case by case basis.


Cancelation Policy for the Annual Conference

No refunds shall be made for cancelations due to inclement weather, illnesses, acts of God, such as natural disaster and weather, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, reluctance to attend or loss of employment.  All cancelations must be in writing sent by email to info@tspra.org before the deadline to cancel. No hard-copy, phone or faxed cancellation/refund requests will be accepted.

Any willful #TSPRA22 conference registration cancelations received via email by 5:00 on December 17, 2021 will receive a full refund. Refunds will be mailed to the district after the conclusion of the conference (March 2022). Written requests to cancel conference registrations must be submitted via email to info@tspra.org.

Any willful #TSPRA22 conference registration cancelations received via email after December 17, 2021 and prior to 5:00 p.m. on January 24, 2022, will be subject to a $100 administrative cancelation fee per registration. Refunds will be mailed to the district after the conclusion of the conference (March 2022). Written requests to cancel conference registrations must be submitted via email to info@tspra.org.

No refunds given after January 24, 2022. Any willful #TSPRA22 conference registration cancelation received via email on or after 5:00 p.m. on January 24, 2022, will not be refunded. However, attendee substitutions at membership level can be made within the same organization. Written requests to cancel conference registrations must be submitted via email to info@tspra.org.


Cancellation Policy for Other Workshops and Trainings
• Policies may differ from one workshop to another. But normally if your cancellation is received two weeks before the scheduled workshop or training event you will receive a refund less a service fee. After that, no cancellations will be accepted or credited.

• Substitutions may be made at any time, with written confirmation from the person registered.

• Nonmember substitutes must pay the balance of a nonmember registration if replacing a TSPRA member.

• No refunds shall be made for cancellations due to inclement weather.
