TSPRA Names Arianna Vazquez-Hernandez, APR, CPC,

2025 NSPRA Communicator of the Year Nominee

The Texas School Public Relations Association (TSPRA) is proud to recognize Arianna Vazquez-Hernandez, APR, CPC, as its nominee for the 2025 National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) Communicator of the Year award.

For nearly two decades, Arianna has exemplified the highest standards of the school public relations profession through her leadership, professionalism, strategic communication, and unwavering commitment to the communities she serves.

From her work in a K-12 public school district to her current role at Region One Education Service Center, she has consistently elevated the organizations, teams, and individuals around her while championing the power of storytelling in public education.

Arianna is a respected leader who has successfully navigated the evolving landscape of school communications, adapting to change while maintaining a strong focus on building trust, engagement, and understanding. Throughout her service to TSPRA, including her tenure as president, she has led with integrity, vision, and a deep commitment to advancing the profession. She has also served as a mentor and advocate for fellow communicators, encouraging and supporting members pursuing both Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) and Accreditation by CPC.

A lifelong learner, Arianna demonstrates an ongoing commitment to professional excellence. She has earned both her APR and CPC credentials and actively cultivates a culture of growth among her team, encouraging continuous learning and leadership development.

Beyond her professional achievements, Arianna is deeply invested in her community. Through her involvement with the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Educational Foundation, she has helped secure resources and opportunities that directly benefit students and educators, further advancing equitable access to quality education.

Whether leading an organization, mentoring emerging professionals, or advocating for public education, Arianna consistently demonstrates the qualities of an exceptional school communicator. Her dedication, influence, and service make her a deserving TSPRA nominee for NSPRA Communicator of the Year. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the profession, Arianna was selected as one of four finalists for the NSPRA Communicator of the Year Award.
